Lead the development of a phased multilingual online platform providing participatory democracy tools, which will be used by millions of Moroccan citizens to freely communicate with their Parliamentary Constituents, vote on issues in their area and view political news. Agile software development within a multi-disciplined international team daily interacting with key stakeholders and colleagues’ managing changing requirements and collaborating developing quality software.

Individually bootstrapped and iteratively lead the design, development, testing & deployment of a robust, secure, elastic and extensible Web Application. The server written with clean-code using the IntelliJ IDE in Java 8, using Spring MVC/Web/Boot/Data & Maven, hosted on AWS and providing a RESTful interface.

Collaborated with front-end development with exposure to Angular.JS, HTML5, CSS3 and used Photoshop to update the UI, for quick feedback from stakeholders.

Leveraged BDD techniques helping demonstrate meeting requirements, initiated Jenkins Continuous Integration & Git tools for collaboration and provided integration testing with Selenium for robustness. Gained a keen interest in DevOps practices, deployment automation & Docker with delivery experience for this successful greenfield iteration zero project.
